Gold Impressions Policies
1. It is suggested that clients have their jewelry inspected and cleaned by Gold Impressions, minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year, to check for loose stones or wearing parts. We would be happy to inspect your other jewelry as well for you. That way you can be assured you are doing all you can to maintain your jewelry.
2. It is advised that items that are more expensive be insured for loss or damage in the event this occurs. By more expensive $2500.00 and greater is a reasonable amount to consider insuring. You may need to communicate with your insurance company for the specifics.
3. Gold Impressions is not responsible for the wear and tear of jewelry items, repaired items will be charged accordingly for work to be done.
4. Gold Impressions will disclose any enhancements that have been done to gemstones that we provide for the client, if known to us to be enhanced.
5. Gold Impressions is not responsible for damage or loss of the gemstones set in jewelry after leaving the Gold Impressions Studio.
6. It is the responsibility of the client to care for their jewelry, if the client feels that something has changed or happened to their jewelry item, It would be advisable to have it looked at by Gold Impressions as soon as possible.
